“My goal is to support and encourage clients to utilize skills and characteristics they already possess to cope with difficulties and challenges of life, and to embrace new perspectives, new skills and understanding that can help them move forward in their journey. I believe that therapy is a team effort, where both the client and the therapist have a lot to contribute to the process.”
